He Wrote, Directed & Produced the award-winning Feature Film, “Unbanned: The Legend of AJ1” which premiered at Tribeca in 2018, and is on Hulu, Tidal and most digital platforms globally. He is currently in post-production on a docu-series focused on the NBA’s Rookie Of The Year, Ja Morant, is amid rolling out REAL TALK, a content series he created for Jordan Brand’s Black Community Impact Initiative, producing a number of feature films set in the world of sports & culture and in development on a slate of Docu-Series and Features he has created. Dexton is founder and chief creative officer of FALKON - a creative Advertising and Entertainment Company with a laser-sharp focus on sports, culture and social impact.

The Game Plan is a 6-Part Premium Docu-series exploring Atlanta’s most inspirational Black Entrepreneurs, each driven by a deep purpose and a profound mission to impact the communities they serve. Hosted by Shaquille O’Neal, in a more serious and heartfelt role than we commonly associate with the big fella, and joined by a dynamic range of special friends, including Dwyane Wade, Lisa Leslie, Killer Mike, Quavo, Big Boi and A’ja Wilson, who together help these entrepreneurs prepare for long-term success.
This 6 Part Premium series aired on Youtube Originals in November 2021 averaging over 6M viewer’s per episode - one of the most watched Original Series ever on YT. The series chronicles Will Smith’s fitness transformation that quickly morphs into a life transformation.

Washington Football team Rebrand film

When asked to tell the story meant to reveal the new name of the Washington Football Team, it clicked for us immediately. Beyond the controversy, all the heated conversations, various POVs, and complete range of emotions surrounding it lied a story about the human condition, the long history of an organization that truly represents the fabric of our country, the longstanding unity of a large community of people and the interconnectedness of sports and culture within our modern world and changing times. That was important to be illuminated and celebrated as the ingredients to what the team symbolizes in a deeper sense. We are proud to continue to elevate the standard of sports content and be a part of Football history.
One part pure entertainment, one part disruptor of Branded Content, pioneering the new space of entertainment ABOUT a brand. The film is currently being released globally by Lionsgate Films.
